BJ Gianni founded TYF Coaching (formerly Talented Young Folks) in June 2012 as a way to bridge her passion for youth engagement, acting and finances together. She infuses each of her lessons with her experiences as a full-time professional actress, accountant, youth mentor and public school educator. Her performance resume includes countless national/regional television ads, print gigs, stageplays, hosting jobs, dance performances and Film/TV bookings. With over two decades of industry experience she now spends her time teaching industry skills to youth who desire a career in the field. Her two charismatic children have also found success in the acting industry so she has firsthand experience with parent management and all its joys (wink wink). She hopes that TYF Coaching will provide similar outcomes for every creative that crosses her path.
