Hiya folks! I'm Coach BJ Gianni, founder of TYF Coaching Solutions (originally known as Talented Young Folks). One fact has proven to be true throughout my 20+ years in the arts, 9+ years running this company, and 15+ years working with youth in various capacities. I've discovered that in order to truly set youth up for a successful life in any field you have to focus on whole child development. The former motto of my company stands true as I will always believe that "behind every successful young performer, there's an industry educated parent manager". This is 100% true in the youth acting and modeling industry. It's literally impossible to expect young talent to find continued success without focusing on their emotional well-being, their parent's understanding of the industry and even the financial well-being of the household. And no, ain't nobody tryna be all up in your business...LOL! Your coins are your coins and your life choices are your life choices.
But there is truly some magic that clicks when the young performer and parent manager are vibin' and syncin' in all aspects. Parents have to enjoy what they have to do to support their child as much as the actor has to enjoy being the talent. This is a gift that I've developed over time and I'm fully aware in this season of my purpose to unite the child/parent dynamic to ensure a sustainable career. I am beyond grateful for the numerous clients that trust me with their whole child's development, I cherish each relationship.

OUR HISTORY
BJ Gianni founded Talented Young Folks, LLC (TYF) in 2012 during the peak of her professional career in New York City as an actress and model. TYF began as a youth ministry of sorts to give back to her hometown community (Prince George’s County, Maryland) the mentoring, training and knowledge she didn’t have growing up. Over the years, BJ Gianni took on new roles that increased her expertise and passion for youth development even more which include teaching Math & Spanish in public schools and becoming a mom of two energetic and charming children.
The company has grown to a fully operated business entity with regularly scheduled classes and private coaching sessions for youth and their parents, focusing on best practices for a breakout career in the industry. In 2018, TYF Coaching made the transition to a complete online service based business and continues to thrive in the performing arts training industry. We still offer a wide array of services using technology to bring you the same TYF Experience whether near or far. TYF currently serves clients all over the United States and abroad with the power of technology.
